Privacy and deletion requests
Users can request account deletion, data access, export help, or privacy support at support@mail.usearchival.org. Archival may verify account ownership before making account-level changes.
AI feature support
Archival's AI tools help students organize and reflect on their own saved material. Review all AI output before using it in an application. Archival does not guarantee admissions outcomes.
Automated emails
Verification, password reset, and account notice emails may come from no-reply@mail.usearchival.org. Support, privacy, deletion, export, billing, and beta feedback should go to support@mail.usearchival.org.
