Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Archival's admissions portfolio, beta, subscription, school access, and AI planning tools.
Beta status
Archival is currently in beta. Features, pricing, export options, school or counselor pilots, and billing flows may change as the product develops.
Accounts and user content
Users are responsible for account security and retain ownership of the notes, essays, reflections, portfolio files, school lists, and other content they submit. Archival receives only the limited rights needed to operate the service and requested features.
Acceptable use
Archival may not be used to violate laws, infringe rights, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading materials.
AI features
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or unsuitable for a specific application. Students are responsible for reviewing submissions, and Archival does not guarantee admissions outcomes.
Sensitive information
Users should not upload highly sensitive information unless necessary for admissions planning.
Not counseling
Archival is not a substitute for a counselor, parent, teacher, or official admissions guidance.
Account deletion
Users may request account or content deletion by contacting support@mail.usearchival.org.
